No recovery media; scary aint' it?  FYI, most computer manufacturers no
longer provide OS media as they presume users can and will use onboard
restore/recovery functions.  You CAN get the OS media, but you have to
search high and low to locate the request page on the manufacturer's
website.

In your case, might I suggest the following.  Here's an article
http://cybernetnews.com/windows-7-recovery-disc/  detailing a free,
genuine Windows 7 recovery disk available for download from
http://neosmart.net/blog/2009/windows-7-system-repair-discs/

You'll need to create a windows USB, the tool is available at
http://store.microsoft.com/Help/ISO-Tool  Sorry, but you're going to
need to access a win7 machine to create your recovery media.  Good
luck.
