embedded flash won't play, but over at youtube, no problem.

Yes, it's a bug/annoyance. Lots of complaints in the forums and lots of
funny solutions - like clicking the arrow like a Gatling gun. My
solution is simple, and I don't use the 'visual effects' anyway...
