Ubuntu Freezes with Adobe Flash

Hi guys!.

My Ubuntu GNU/Linux system freezes a lot of times (the most of the
times it is used) when Adobe Flash is used by a web site (and this
damned program is more and more used every day).

It's this normal?. More people with this same problem?. It's a known
"bug"?. This happen too with others GNU/Linux distros and with
Windows?. Is there any "solution"?.
