How do you mark a mail as solved?

Hi there!

Just put a [Solved] tag in the subject line of your mail to the list

for example

If your mail on the list on software installation problem(say) got solved;
then subject would be

[Solved]: Software installation problem

which enables other users of the list or google users on the particular
problem(similar to the one you have faced) to interpret that the problem is
solved.
