Hi
This software, means Linux is user friendly, with little bugs, some people try to help you if U have a problem...but some PCs and laptops are simply pieces of junk which had been put together. I am working on Compaq presario desktop, can't "display" live CD, Linux mint didn't work after update... I have stick to 9.10 Ubuntu and Windows XP. On my Toshiba satelite Pro laptop there is NO WAY to install other copy of Windows than provided by manufacturer rescue disk, can't boot after installation of XP. Don't be upset by Linux and try to run it under Windows in Sun's Virtual Box, if U have enought RAM and if U want to learn it. If U need to work, means make money by using PC, give it up and stick to MS software, than buy another PC and try Linux again. Have U tried to boot from pen drive( flash disk, memory stick)... I don't think that ALL LINUX disros made bugs in their live CDs.Good luck
Tom
