Folder sharing with samba error

Hi all,

Whenever i try to share a folder, i've got this error message:

"'net usershare' returned error 255: net usershare add: cannot convert
name "Everyone" to a SID. Memory allocation error."

The folder is located in /home/me/Shared Files and i set all permissions
to "drwxrwxrwx", and also i applied permissions to enclosed files.

What am i doing wrong here??
