Configure Ubuntu 9.10 as a Domain Client to use Samba/LDAP server for user authentication

*Dear All,

Can anybody help me to configure my Ubuntu 9.10 to login (on startup) as
domain client for samba / LDAP server.

Samba and LDAP are working fine. I want Ubuntu 9.10 to login directly from
the domain server. Means users should be able to login only if they have
valid user name and password with the domain / LDAP server.
