How to Uninstall Ubuntu ???

Being a heavy user of both, there is no difference in user friendliness 
or in stability if you're comparing Fedora with non-LTS Ubuntu releases. 
They both tend to be more bleeding edge.

Ubuntu's LTS releases are more stable, that's true but it's probably 
more appropriate to compare the LTS releases to Red Hat or CentOS, 
though I think Red Hat/CentOS has better QA and is more "enterprise" 
ready. What Ubuntu has going for it is marketing and lots of 
enthusiastic supporters who think it's the cat's meow in Linux distros. 
Not to take anything away from what Ubuntu has accomplished but there 
are other excellent Linux distributions out there.

To the original poster:

I wouldn't steer anyone new to Linux away from Fedora or Ubuntu. I'd 
also suggest Mandriva, which is a bit more polished than either. 
OpenSuse is certainly worth a look too. In short, try a few of them and 
use whatever you like. You can't go wrong with any of them.
