Dell WiFi card issue on upgradation

Found problem while upgrading from 9.10 to 10.04 LTS. Before upgrade,
I did update and upgrade for 9.10 as recommended step and found my
wireless stop functioning. Anyway, I upgraded to 10.04 through wired
connection, and now wish to bring back wireless. Please read below
inline.

Now this link is broken.

on doing " lspci -vnn | grep 14e4 " shows only wired, but not wireless.
