10.4 and virutalbox networking

OK, I figured out what I had wrong in /etc/network/interfaces. But now when
I try to run:

modprobe vboxnetflt

As the VirtualBox error message sugest that I need to I get:

FATAL: Error inserting vboxnetflt
(/lib/modules/2.6.32-21-generic/updates/dkms/vboxnetflt.ko): Invalid module
format

Any sugestons as to what I am doing wrong?

O am presetntly trying to use the open source version of virtualbox. I do
have the ualbox-ose-dkms ackage installed.
