You might try changing the version of Windoze that Outlook thinks its running in (CX > Manage Bottles > Control Panel > Wine Configuration > Applications)
The Crossover techs also frequently tell you to install CX as a single user (use the *.sh file) to the local account rather than system wide.

Subject: Crossover 8 & Outlook 2007.
I've got Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit, Crossover Office Pro 8.0.0 installed. I've
configured Outlook 2007 to work with the Exchange server, name gets
verified; but whenever I try to actually open Outlook, it bombs.
But (there's always a but, isn't there?) I had it working fine on a 32
bit 9.10 install a short time ago. Only diff that comes to mind is that
the 32-bit setup started as 9.04, install Crossover Pro 7, config
Outlook 2007. Then when Crossover Pro 8 released, I installed that over
7. IIRC, when I installed 7, I used the sh script they had created.
On this 64 bit setup, when I install 7 with Gdebi, Outlook works.
Install 8 over the top, no go. Should I try installing 8 with the sh script?
Any hints? Searching Codeweavers & the internet doesn't bring up
anything....
