karmic package upgrade failed for tzdata & devicekit-disks

I was just adding some packages to a karmic machine using synaptic and
there were some upgrades available. When I try to apply them I see the
following messages:

W: Failed to fetch
http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/t/tzdata/tzdata-java_2010e-0ubuntu0.9.10_all.deb
  404  Not Found


W: Failed to fetch
http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/t/tzdata/tzdata_2010e-0ubuntu0.9.10_all.deb
  404  Not Found


W: Failed to fetch
http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/d/devicekit-disks/devicekit-disks_007-2ubuntu5_i386.deb
  404  Not Found

The missing tzdata file means that upgrades for many other packages
can't be applied.

I haven't seen any other comments about this on the list. Where should I
look to determine what the problem is?
