Ubuntu 9.10 Hangs Frequently

Hi,
This could be cause of some broken and misconfigured dkpg packages,to fix it
,reboot the computer go into ubuntu recovery mode select "repair brokem dkpg
packages" answer on screen text prompts in there's any then reboot normally
to see if this resolves your issue.
