virtualbox3.0 update fails with error "302 moved temporarily"

That's weird.  I have v. v. 3.0.12 r.54655 installed by entering their 
repository in Synaptic some time ago. The instructions on their web site 
as still the same. I've just checked them up. 

Now, as you are rightfully noticed Synaptic prompts me to update to 
version 3.0_3.0.14-58977, and the file is there.

But if I open VirtualBox and select "Help->Check for updates..." prompts 
me to update to version mentioned by you, that is 3.1.4-57640

I really do not get it...
