LegacyHuman is still there & works. My default them (Unity) remained in
place (sort of). Of course the buttons are all on the left side
(minimize,maximize,close), so you still have the PITA issue of moving
them over to the right side via tweak or gconftool. And of course if you
want to change the borked terminal window background back to with
w/black text you need to edit the profile. Why someone decided to go to
black w/grey & enable transparency is beyond me.
Added note: had a hell of a time getting my nvidia-96 drivers to work
properly. Had to uninstall the nouveau crap, reset from autologin (had
to kill gdm first) and once I got a desktop re-enable the nvidia-96 by
uninstalling from Jockey (System|Administration|Hardware Drivers|Remove
& then Activate & reboot. Compiz is working now, but they've also
removed the nice Cube Reflection & Deformation effect that lets you
rotate your screens in a cylinder rather than a square or triangle.
