[lucid] update-notifier 99 breaks ubuntu-desktop

I see from the above bug report that all should now be fixed.  Just
check that the latest versions of gnome-panel and nautilus on your
mirror by checking the description in Update Manager.  Look for
-0ubuntu3 in the version, not -0ubuntu2.

Just going to try it now.
