Heads up re VM's & Intel 64bit Processors

That sucks. What motherboard is this?

Ah, pretty old. I guess back then, they didn't consider this at all.
I expect that newer motherboards mostly support it. Anyway,
it's best to check it out before buying. Or upgrade. :)
