Curious Problem Adding a Network Printer - SOLVED

The problem was that the network printer I wanted to create was already created 
and available... it was defined in the tool "Printers".

Why do I have TWO printer configuration tools defined? How do I eliminate the 
one for "Printer configuration - localhost"?
