system hangs at login

I used 32 bit on all info.  I finally did log in using the Gnome-failsafe
option located in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen

Hi ...

I had the same problem on an older computer
If you used 64 bit... Try 32 bit

Or another area is to try Spinrite
That has fixed several of my computers
