I, personally, advocate online remote backup storage. Get a cheap server 
that can hold the same or more amount of storage and maybe use ZFS for 
its snapshots and voila! data recovery for the last three months with 
snapshots every hour and 'instant' availability. Who needs LTO IV 
drives/libraries?
