Installing Ubuntu

Hello all,

I have a Intel Dual-Core with RAM 6GB. I'm going to install de Ubuntu CD but I am not sure which one install (32bits or 64bits). I have read that 64bits one is fot AMD but I have a intel machine. By another way, the 32bits only supports 3GB RAM maximum. Which version I need to install in my Intel machine to have totally memory available?
