I noticed the same and reordered to "menu:minimize,maximize,close".
Working on the standard "Custom" theme that popped up when I did the
upgrades & noticed the buttons had been switched. Also working on all
the other themes that have been included so far (I've not added any
themes as this is a test machine, so everything is vanilla lucid with
the exception of adding sun-java6).
