You have got to be kidding. Asking a Solaris question on an Ubuntu list? 
What are you trying to achieve? Mass-frothing Ubuntu users?

Since you already have a working Solaris Jumpstart environment, try to 
replicate it with tools available in Ubuntu if you can. From what I read 
here you need to setup tftp, nfs and dhcp:
