Well the obvious answer is RTFemail.  Just look at the bottom of each
email on the list and you will find that it tells you how to
unsubscribe.  Problems don't get much more childish than asking on an
email list how to unsubscribe.

I am glad that I never had to ask you for tech support if the only
answer was RTFM.  Or on second thoughts maybe I did ask you and never
managed any helpful response.
