How do I edit the GRUB menu in Grub2?

		Hi Scott, I am on Lucid and have always had the old black 
and white Grub and Grub2 presentation. Grub2 does pick up all 
my many Ubuntu versions from 8.04 to 10.4 and does it perfect. 
If you want to use Windows just click on windows. It is hard 
to change the thing brought up first on Grub2. But I will not 
try to help you go back to Windows.
