	Hi John, not sure why Vista will not start even if the first 
partition with the recovery software is full. In fact I have 
never heard of this. In the two laptops I have the Vista was 
in the first partition. It happens that windows much prefers 
the first partition.

	So please do not bring Vista problems to a Ubuntu list. We 
mess with windows just enough to steal most of the space from 
Vista for our Ubuntu.
