I agree, there is a few factual errors in your post, which I feel my
duty to point out (sorry).
-it is 2.4Ghz, not 2.7Ghz
-5.4Ghz is actually selected ranges in the whole 5Ghz range (mostly it
depends where you stay, over here it is 5.2Ghz, 5.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz
AFAIK 900Mhz is not even in the 802.11 standard.
11a = 5Ghz 54Mbps (Max)
11b = 2.4Ghz 11Mbps (Max)
11g = 2.4Ghz 54Mbps (Max)
11n = 2.4Ghz 300Mbps (Max)
I think the future of home AP lies in the 5Ghz band, but now I am going
