Yes, I use Inkscape quite often & love it. But for page layout perhaps
Bill should also have a look at Scribus if Writer with frames, or Draw
(or Inkscape) doesn't suite his needs. Scribus is a Desktop Publishing
application and once mastered, is an excellent DTP tool.
