According to the warning from the tune2fs man page this should be 
avoided for ext3/4:

| If you are using journaling on your filesystem, your filesystem will
| never be marked dirty, so it will not normally be checked.

Anyway, according to the description of the autofsck script, it only 
checks the mount count and not the dirty flag. Therefore it seems to be 
OK. However I prefer not to use the mount count but a time interval 
instead which is much more convenient for me.
