Is there a way to change the location of the minimize/maximize Windows in Lucid?

Menu entry isn't included by default.  If you add it, it is only a tiny
little button - easily overlooked. You can always right click the title
bar, which is set be default to show the menu.  But who ever uses the
menu these days?
