is there a package with a kcore- and debug-enabled vmlinux kernel image?

  for the sake of debugging my running kernel with gdb, is there a
ubuntu package that contains an actual vmlinux image file for the
running kernel that's been configured with both PROC_KCORE and
DEBUG_INFO?  thanks.
