do I need upgrad 8.04 to 10.04

hi,guys


               we have more than 200 hosts run ubuntu 8.04 server; service
is openssl,socks,l2tp etc.  do I need upgrade to 10.04 ? and the 10.04 's
process schedule is better than 8.04 , 10.04 have any bug ?
