how to update linux-server in the ubuntu 8.04 server CD.

hi,guys

              our  use the ubuntu 8.04 TLS server. recent ,we buy some dell
r210 server. but he latest ubuntu 8.04.4 can't driver the NIC card. I need
rebuild the ubuntu 8.04 server CD with the latest linux-server-image .
              if you ask me why just install the nic driver for it . yes ,I
can driver it by myself . but the dell r210 need send to our SP data center
. you know ,in china , the data center SA almost not know about Linux .so  I
 need build the install CD buy myself.

              who can give me a good solution,thank you!
