Installing tar.bz2 help

While I'm not an apt-get expert, I don't believe you can install
VirtualBox in this way.  Try something like this:

$ tar xjf /media/cdrom/VirtualBox-3.1.4-OSE.tar.bz2

Then cd into the directory that (hopefully, presumably, probably
called "VirtualBox" or "VirtualBox-3.1.4") was created and look for a
README or an INSTALL file to tell you what to do from there.
