problemas de acceso al internet

Estoy escribiendo desde la p'agina de un amigo. Desde hoy  no puede acceder
a p¡aginas web, ni usar skype. Lo extraño es que en todas las oficinas
vecinas no hay problemas, excepto con mi maqukna cuando lo lleva a estas
oficinas. Debo decir que es ubuntu 10.04 up-to-date.
Tambièn extraño es que usando system monitor, las estadìsticas de paquetes
mandados y recibidos son posivos! TAmbièn he iniciado quina con varios
nucleos viejos, y tambien con un Knoppix live-dvd, pero nada ayuda.
