wacom ctl460 tablet and 10.04

thanks for the info. no luck though. i have walked through the steps
countless times to no avail. i do see the tablet connect if i
tail /var/log/messages:

but i get no movement, nor does it show up in Gimps input preferences. 

any other ways i can debug this?
