I'm only testing 10.04 from time to time to see if they got a bug worked out. I can't run torrents on 10.04 from my Acer Aspire One. I reinstalled 9.10 & 10.04, but left 10.04 with the minimum require HD space. When 10.04 starts working for me, I resize the partition.
