Upgrading Virtualbox

Not that I'm aware of. Backup & enable the PUEL repositories:
Don't forget to add the key:
wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc
-O- | sudo apt-key add -

Note that going from 3.1 to 3.2 (OSE or PUEL) is not an automatic
upgrade. You need to purposely install 3.2 and in the PUEL version that
then automatically uninstalls 3.1 and then installs 3.2. No idea if it
does with OSE to PUEL, so Liam's recommendation to uninstall the 3.1 OSE
first might be a good idea.
