Hi NoOp.

Yesterday I have tried again, this time I changed my menu.lst writing
"acpi=off". Reinicialized and tested, downloaded 16 files about 95 MB
each. But my sound didn't work. Then I'm back to 9.10, everything is
fine, follow the messages, by dmesg, for NIC:

I'm thinking the problem with 10.04 are drivers, before this decision
I researched in Toshiba's web site, and nothing. I'm wait for a
version stable, for me 9.10 is a good distribution.
