blkid will ouput the uuid of your filesystems. Open a terminal and run
sudo blkid -o list -c /dev/null | grep swap
and you will get a line with
swap_device swap <swap> swap_uuid
Then run
(sudo) grep swap /etc/fstab
swap_uuid none swap sw 0 0
The two swap_uuid should match. If they don't, you will have to edit
/etc/fstab and change swap's uuid.
