Well I'll start off by telling you that Orca reads the screen as a screen 
reader should.  it does not put everything in lists and columns or lines 
just cause it makes it easier for us to read just because we are blind.

in a web page you can do it.  I use this for my visually impaired fiance and 
my fully sighted father.
