Yes, Ric - you know me well enough - that after years of dealing with it, I 
finally tossed in my cap (cuz I get paid to support stuff - that's how I earn 
a quid) and the armchair techies that believe they're above and beyond the 
masses just turned my stomach to a point of utter and absolute disgust. 
Humility is NOT their forte.

Once the re-spin is available, I always download it (cuz I don't accidentally 
push dangerous buttons - regardless of the fact that I have the shiny big red 
button sitting right next to me)
