need to reinstall GRUB on dual boot after reinstalling Ubuntu 10.4

I had to reinstall 10.4 and doing so lost the GRUB  for the dual boot for XP, for the little that it's worth...Could people instruct this rookie how to get the GRUB back in? I have it saved on a memory stick.
