Where is menu.lst for 10.04?

I think in Grub2 is in the grub.conf?

Can't remember off the top of my head but now there is no menu.lst.
Also it is not shown by default until a second OS is installed or
multiple entries exist; so if you want to see the menu during start up
you will have to change the default settings in the grub config.
