Audacity installation failure

I have the same versions:
$ apt-cache policy audacity
audacity:
  Installed: 1.3.12-2
  Candidate: 1.3.12-2
  Version table:

        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
$ apt-cache policy audacity-data
audacity-data:
  Installed: 1.3.12-2
  Candidate: 1.3.12-2

Can you provide the output of those two commands?
