USB keyboard doesn't respond

Here are the output. It seems that the OS see the keyword. Previously,
I remember if I typed ctrl+space or some combination of keys, then my
keyboard stopped working. But this time I didn't do anything like
that. Could you think of anything that may cause the problem?
