Are the documents still queued?  As shown by Applications > Accessories
> Manage Print Jobs.  If they are, does Job > Release cause them to be
printed?

If this does nothing for you, can you give us some idea of the printer
properties (System > Administration > Printing, then right click and
select Properties)?  

What is the Printer State on the Settings page?  

Is it Enabled and Accepting Jobs on the Policies page?
