network proxy authentication error

I have a username and password pair for the proxy, I ve tried the password, but for authentication username would be useful as well, isn't it? Where can I input username? Or is there a universal proxy password??? or I dont understand sorry...

You need to enter the password to the proxy server.  Whatever proxy
server you are using has a password which requires you to authenticate
yourself. Ask the administrator of that proxy server for your password.
