Note: you can search for 'DVD' etc.

Most folks resort to k3b, a KDE program that will pull in quite a few
KDE library bits on a gnome (standard Ubuntu) desktop, but IMO is
superior to brasero. Note that k3b is not without it's own bugs/issues:
