On -23 or -24 (which I've just loaded on another machine from the
proposed repositories) I do not have the issue, at least when I plug in
a USB memory stick, or other USB device. So perhaps there is something
else that that was missing? I'll have a look at the bug report and see
if perhaps I can spot the differences.
